• Demo & contact requests: name, email address, phone number, business name, and any message or details you provide.
• Newsletter / email sign-ups: email address (and name, if provided).
• Communications: records of your correspondence if you email, call, or message us.

• Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring/exit URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates/times of your visits.
• Cookies & similar technologies: see Section 7.

c. Information we do NOT collect here

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, government IDs, precise geolocation, biometric data, racial or ethnic origin, health, or financial account credentials) through this marketing Site, and we do not collect payment card numbers here.

02How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your demo requests, questions, and inquiries;
• Schedule, conduct, and follow up on product demonstrations;
• Contact you by email, phone, or text message about your request and our products and services (see Section 3);
• Send newsletters, product updates, promotions, and other marketing communications where permitted by law;
• Operate, maintain, analyze, secure, and improve the Site;
• Understand site traffic and visitor behavior through analytics;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, and technical issues;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

03Phone Calls & Text Messages (Your Consent)

By providing your phone number through the Site (for example, on a demo or contact form), you agree that PandazTech and those acting on its behalf may contact you at that number by phone call and text message (SMS), including through automated dialing or messaging technology, regarding your request and our products, services, and promotions.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive marketing calls or texts in order to buy anything from us.
• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
• Opting out: Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You may opt out of marketing calls by telling us during any call or by emailing [email protected].

We may record or monitor calls and chats with our sales or support team for quality, training, and recordkeeping purposes. Where required by law, we will notify you that a call is being recorded.

04Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Visitors)

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we process your personal data based on your consent (e.g., newsletter sign-ups, non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests in operating and marketing our business, the performance of a contract or pre-contract steps you request (e.g., responding to a demo request), and compliance with legal obligations.

05How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as described below:

• Service providers / processors: trusted vendors performing services for us — website hosting (Cloudflare), form and database storage, email/CRM and newsletter platforms, and analytics providers. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
• Legal & safety: when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PandazTech, our users, or others, or to investigate fraud or misuse.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

06Third-Party Services We Use

We rely on the following categories of third-party services, each with its own privacy practices:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, and security
• Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics and/or Cloudflare Web Analytics) — to measure site usage
• Email / newsletter platform — to send and manage marketing communications

07Cookies, Tracking & Do Not Track

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site functioning (essential), remember your preferences, and measure traffic and performance (analytics). You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect Site functionality. Where required by law, we request consent before placing non-essential cookies.

Do Not Track: Some browsers send "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. There is no industry-standard response to these signals, and our Site does not currently respond to them.

We do not currently use advertising or retargeting pixels on this Site. If this changes, we will update this policy.

08Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:

• Access / Know the personal information we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate information;
• Delete your personal information;
• Portability — receive a copy of your information;
• Opt out of marketing emails, calls, and texts (see Section 3 and unsubscribe links);
• Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under applicable law);
• Restrict or object to certain processing;
• Non-discrimination — we will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.

California (CCPA/CPRA): Rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out; we do not sell or share your personal information. Under California's "Shine the Light" law, California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and other states: You have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising and sale. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing us; we will respond to appeals as required by law.

EEA/UK (GDPR): You may also withdraw consent, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

How to exercise your rights: Email [email protected]. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may need to verify your identity before responding and will reply within the timeframe required by applicable law.

09Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy — to respond to your inquiry, maintain our relationship, and meet our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. We may retain certain information after a deletion request where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or prevent fraud and abuse. When no longer needed, we delete or irreversibly de-identify it.

10Aggregated & De-Identified Data

We may create aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data from the information we collect (for example, statistics about site traffic). This data does not identify you, and we may use and disclose it for any lawful business purpose.

11Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You provide information to us at your own risk.

12Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for any content you submit to us. Please do not send us sensitive personal information through the Site or through unsecured channels.

13Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

14International Visitors

We are based in the United States, and your information will be processed in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.

02Who We Are

The Site is operated by PandazTech Inc., a company based in Tampa, Florida, United States. PandazTech provides PandazPOS, a multi-tenant, white-label point-of-sale platform for retail businesses. References on the Site to "PandazPOS by PandazTech" describe our product offering. You can reach us at [email protected].

03The Site Is Informational Only

The Site exists to provide information about PandazTech and the PandazPOS platform, to let you request a demo, and to contact us. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, a solicitation, a contract, a price quote, or a binding commitment of any kind. All pricing, features, availability, integrations, and product descriptions are provided for general information, may change without notice, and are subject to a separate written agreement before any service is provided. No service relationship is created by your use of the Site.

04Demo Requests and Submissions

If you submit a demo request, contact form, email address, or other information through the Site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Submitting a request does not obligate PandazTech to contact you, provide a demo, or enter into any agreement, and does not obligate you to purchase anything. We handle information you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through the Site; any unsolicited ideas, feedback, or suggestions you send us may be used by PandazTech without restriction or compensation to you.

05Permitted Use and Restrictions

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
• copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, frame, or redistribute any part of the Site except as expressly permitted;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems or networks;
• introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or otherwise interfere with the proper working of the Site;
• use any automated system (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access the Site in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce, or that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• use the Site to harvest contact information, or for any commercial solicitation of others;

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms.

The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, the "PandazTech" and "PandazPOS" names and marks, product screenshots, UI designs, page layouts, copy, and software — are owned by PandazTech Inc. or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for your own informational and evaluation purposes. No other rights are granted. You may not use our names, logos, or marks without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources (for example, payment processor partners, integrations, or social media) that are not owned or controlled by PandazTech. We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and is governed by that third party's terms and privacy policies.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND MATERIALS ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PANDAZTECH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance you place on Site content is at your own risk.

09Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PANDAZTECH INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL PANDAZTECH'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PandazTech Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of them. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

12Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and PandazTech regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior understandings on that subject. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor.
